What is the use of the wallet?
The wallet is a personal pocket for you to keep funds away that you don't want to invest with yet. You also have bonuses from us (yes bonuses, you read that right) that would be paid into the wallet from time to time. Interest returns are also automatically paid into your wallet once due, so you don't have to make a request for it. Furthermore, your wallet can be the preferred payment source for creating new investment or topping up your active investment plans.
How do I fund my wallet?
You can fund your wallet by direct transfer into the account number that you see on your wallet dashboard. Simply select the bank and put in the account number, your account name (which is your name on the Rosabon app) is displayed, enter the amount you want to transfer into your wallet. Your wallet is credited with the transfer amount once your transfer is successful.
Do I need to reach out to you to confirm my wallet funding?
To fund your wallet, simply transfer your desired amount into the account number displayed on your wallet dashboard. The system would automatically pick up the credit notification once your transfer is successful, you do not need to raise a finger. In times when the NIBSS service may be slow, kindly give a wait time for the credit to reflect. Kindly reach out to us via the feedback (in-app), via mail, or any of our other touchpoints with your Customer ID and transaction details if no credit is observed after 48 hours.
Can I top up my investment from my wallet?
Yes, you can. You can increase your investment amount by doing a direct transfer from your wallet, and selecting your desired investment plan to be credited. Alternatively, you can select top-up on an investment and select wallet as the payment type. The transfer is instant, and your plan balance is immediately credited with the transfer amount. Please note that you can only make a transfer into or top up an active (and eligible) plan.
Can I create an investment using funds from my wallet?
Yes you can. You are now able to create an investment using funds that are in your wallet. Simply select wallet as the payment source when creating a new investment plan and the investment amount will be taken from your wallet.
Can I make 3rd party transfers?
No, transferring to other accounts is currently not supported. You can only withdraw to your registered bank details.
How many times can I withdraw from my wallet?
Withdrawal requests are capped at 3 requests per day. While transfers to other active plans can be done as many times as possible, withdrawing is limited to 3 daily.
I have a pending withdrawal request, can I initiate a transfer while I wait?
While there is a pending debit (withdrawal) transaction on your wallet, you would not be able to initiate a transfer out until the pending request has been approved.
