    Welcome to Rosabon Financial Services (“Rosabon”, the “Company”, “Our,” “We” or “Us”). We maintain this website, mobile application and other digital or internet-enabled services (the “Platform”) to provide You (“you”, “yours” or the “User”) with information about the products and services which we provide, and with information about Rosabon. We offer a range of financial services, including loans, leases, and investment opportunities. By accessing our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.     • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
    • Meet our creditworthiness criteria for loans, leases or investments.

  4. Account Registration

    Users must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. While certain sections of the Platform are accessible without the need to create an account, accessing specific services may require account creation. Rosabon holds the discretion to refuse account creation if:

    • In its judgment, you have submitted false or inaccurate personal details;
    • It contravenes any legal, regulatory, or governmental mandate; or
    • It violates Rosabon's established policies.

    You bear full responsibility for all actions undertaken through your account. Should you suspect your password has been compromised, it is your duty to initiate a password change promptly. You must not share or transfer your password to anyone, nor create multiple accounts without Rosabon's explicit permission. Additionally, you agree to promptly inform Rosabon of any unauthorized use of your username, password, or any other security breaches you become aware of concerning the Platform by emailing [email protected]. Rosabon is not liable for transactions conducted when your account's security is compromised by you, malware, or external human interference beyond our control. Rosabon may also undertake any actions it considers necessary to uphold the Platform's security.

    Know Your Customer (“KYC”) Requirements:

    Rosabon is regulated by the Central Bank of Nigeria (“CBN”) and is legally required to independently verify the information you provide for account creation or transactions on the Platform. You consent to and authorize Rosabon, through its affiliates or service providers, to gather and confirm information including, but not limited to, your Bank Verification Number (BVN), residential or other addresses, your mobile phone number, and any additional details Rosabon deems necessary to fulfill its legal obligations.

    When providing someone's details as a guarantor, you confirm that you have obtained that person's consent to be named as a guarantor.

    Rosabon expressly disclaims any responsibility for losses or damages resulting from your non- compliance with this section.

  5. Services Overview

    • Loans and Leases: We provide various loan and leasing options. Specific terms, including interest rates, repayment schedules, and obligations, will be detailed in your individual contract.
    • Investments: Our investment offerings are exposed to market fluctuations. Nevertheless, we diligently strive to maximize the returns on your investments. Comprehensive terms can be found in the product documentation.

  6. Use of Services

    You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. The content offered on this Platform is intended exclusively for individual use. You are permitted to access and utilize the information on this Platform strictly for personal reasons. Beyond personal consumption, it is prohibited to replicate, alter, showcase, circulate, execute, broadcast, convey, sell, license, publish, derive new works from, or employ any content from the Platform for public or commercial objectives without obtaining explicit written permission from Rosabon beforehand. Once more, you commit to using the Platform solely for activities that are compliant with the law

  8. Intellectual Property

    All content, trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on our platforms are owned by Rosabon or third parties and are protected by intellectual property laws.

    Public usage of the Trademarks is permissible solely with Rosabon's consent and appropriate attribution. Utilizing Rosabon's intellectual property rights without prior written approval from Rosabon could lead to infringement or passing-off actions, breaching relevant laws.

  9. Limitation of Liability

    Rosabon will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our services. No provision within these Terms of Service (ToS), or related to it, regardless of being in the context of contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or any other scenario (whether foreseeable or not and regardless of the cause), shall be interpreted as holding Rosabon responsible for any indirect or consequential damages or expenses incurred by the User or any associated third parties.

  10. Amendments to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the services following any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.

  11. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By using this site, you consent to be bound by and interpret its use in line with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Additionally, you agree to accept the authority of the courts of the Federal Republic of Nigeria for any legal matters that arise.
